UAP is actively seeking a Payroll Technician to manage payroll processes for our community. This role requires a strong foundation in payroll systems and at least three years of relevant experience. You will be tasked with handling payroll inquiries, managing data in Workday, and analyzing payroll entries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain payroll and HR data integrity in Workday

• Respond to payroll questions from internal and external sources

• Oversee daily Time and Labor operations effectively

• Process payroll journal entries accurately

• Handle source deduction remittances as necessary

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of payroll experience

• Strong Workday and Excel proficiency

• Bilingual in French and English for collaboration

• Membership in Canadian Payroll Association (asset)

• Effective communication skills required
