In this senior role, you'll oversee the entire accounting function at RENOVCO, ensuring that financial integrity is maintained across all projects. Collaborating with both ownership and project managers, you’ll be responsible for accurate record-keeping, job costing, and ensuring budget compliance. Your background in construction accounting and Quick Books will shine in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage payroll processing and full-cycle accounts
• Prepare monthly government tax remittances—DAS, GST, QST
• Maintain accurate general ledger and filing systems
• Track project budgets and analyze job costs
• Generate month-end financial reports to assist audits
Requirements:
• 5+ years of bookkeeping or full accounting experience
• Proficient in Quick Books Online and/or Desktop
• Fluent in both French and English
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Detail-oriented with a professional demeanor
