Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coach teams, fostering trust and collaboration

• Analyze complex proposals and develop strategic recommendations

• Review and sign tax returns for globally mobile employees

• Collaborate on payroll tax calculations and reporting

• Conduct research on country-specific tax issues

Requirements:

• 7+ years of Canadian & US tax experience

• Knowledge of expatriate tax planning and global mobility policy

• Excellent project management and client relationship skills

• Bachelor's degree and US CPA or IRS Enrolled Agent designation

• Understanding of automation and data visualization tools
