Join EY Montreal’s U.S. Tax practice and have direct involvement in meaningful client work with leading infrastructure, private equity, and multinational clients, while gaining hands‑on experience with complex cross‑border and partnership structures. As part of a high‑performing, growing team, you’ll build in‑demand expertise, tackle sophisticated engagements, and accelerate your development in a supportive, fast‑paced environment.

• Prepare U.S. corporate and partnership tax returns for multinational clients
• Analyze complex cross‑border tax issues, including multi‑tier partnership structures
• Conduct tax research and contribute to technical analysis and documentation
• Support tax planning initiatives and help develop practical, client‑focused solutions
• Collaborate with senior team members to deliver high‑quality work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment

• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
• An analytical mindset with a commitment to continuous learning, including tax technology
• Organized and detail‑oriented with a focus on quality and execution

• Tax Staff - 1 or more years of U.S. Tax experience or a strong interest in learning U.S. Tax
• Senior Tax Staff - 3 or more years of U.S. Tax experience
• A degree in accounting, finance or related field
• Professional level fluency in English is required - this role interacts with internal and external stakeholders across Canada and the United States

• Experience with corporate or partnership tax - an asset, but not required
• Plans to pursue or currently pursuing a U.S. CPA or U.S. Enrolled Agent designation
• Bilingualism in English and French - an asset, but not required
