In this role, you will assist with completing various projects and provide indispensable support to the team. Ideal candidates should have a college diploma or degree in accounting and at least 3 years of experience with accounting software, particularly Acomba. Your expertise in data management and financial reconciliations will be key for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter data in the Acomba accounting system

• Perform bank reconciliations for accounts

• Produce payroll using the ADP system

• Manage accounts payable and supplier payments

• Generate monthly tax reports and follow up on receivables

Requirements:

• College diploma or bachelor's degree in accounting

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

• Good command of English and French

• Meticulous with a rigorous approach to tasks
