Cardata seeks an Accounting Clerk with 2-3 years of experience in accounting.
Your role will include managing customer invoices and vendor payments, ensuring financial clarity. Collaborate with Operations and Customer Success to provide essential financial insights for effective decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own accounts receivable: generate invoices, record payments, maintain records
• Manage accounts payable: process vendor invoices and oversee approvals
• Track customer payments and reconcile funds accurately
• Assist in period close and resolve financial discrepancies
• Share financial information with teams to enhance operations
Requirements:
• 2-3 years of accounting experience
• University degree or college diploma in relevant field
• Process-oriented with efficiency focus
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work autonomously in EST hours
