La comptabilité et la facturation vous motivent? Travaillez comme contrôleur adjoint à Montréal - Atwater, avec Excel et des logiciels comptables.
Notre client, une entreprise technologique montréalaise en croissance, recherche un contrôleur adjoint polyvalent et soucieux du détail. Vous couvrirez les comptes créditeurs, la facturation, les comptes clients et la clôture mensuelle. Le poste comprend aussi la paie via ADP, les dossiers employés, les avantages sociaux et le recrutement.
Responsabilités principales :- Gérer la révision, codification, traitement et paiement des factures
- Préparer les factures clients et coordonner la facturation quotidienne
- Surveiller les comptes clients et les soldes impayés
- Participer aux rapprochements et à la production de rapports financiers
- Tenir des registres financiers précis et actualisés
- DEC, certificat ou baccalauréat en comptabilité
- Au moins trois ans d’expérience pertinente
- Solides compétences en Excel et logiciels comptables
- Sens de l’organisation et souci du détail
- Capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités de façon autonome
