Private Equity Fund Accounting Vice President

Lead private equity fund accounting at State Street, applying fee calculations and NAV review expertise across alternative investment clients. Manage a growing team.

As Vice President, you will oversee accounting and administration for one or more private markets client relationships. The role covers investor allocations, management and incentive fees, capital events, and portfolio accounting. You will coordinate with trade operations, investor services, custody, tax, and financial reporting teams.

• Manage professionals delivering accounting and administrative services
• Allocate income and determine management and incentive fees
• Process capital calls and distributions
• Review and approve monthly or quarterly NAV reporting
• Lead fund onboarding and new fund launches

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
• At least 10 years of Private Equity experience
• Experience with complex structures and fee calculations
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
• CPA, Investran, or Geneva experience is favorable
