Tax Provision and Transfer Pricing Manager

As Tax Manager for the Helios / Tessera portfolio, you will manage tax accounting, reporting, and compliance across seven European jurisdictions. You will prepare current and deferred tax schedules, assess tax law changes, and lead Pillar Two work. The position also coordinates local advisors, statutory audits, and transfer pricing requirements.

• Prepare current and deferred tax calculation schedules
• Assess European, UK, and Swiss tax reforms
• Lead Pillar Two implementation across European jurisdictions
• Coordinate local filings, payments, and statutory audits
• Maintain tax work papers, documentation, and audit records

• CTA, ACA, Steuerberater, CPA/CA, or comparable qualification
• Four-plus years of qualified tax experience
• Technical knowledge of tax accounting and transfer pricing
• Multinational group or HQ tax function experience
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
