Accounts Payable Wire Transfer Specialist

Process invoices and international wire transfers as an Accounts Payable Specialist working on-site Monday to Friday. Use Microsoft Excel to support accurate financial reporting and payment records.

• Review, approve, and process assigned supplier invoices
• Prepare and coordinate wire payments for import shipments
• Manage 20–40 international wire transfers weekly
• Resolve payment discrepancies with banking partners and suppliers
• Maintain payment records and month-end documentation

• College diploma in Accounting or related field
• Two to four years of accounts payable experience
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
• Understanding of invoice processing and account reconciliation
• Domestic or international wire transfer experience is an asset
