Accounting and Bookkeeping Advisor

• Maintain and balance accounts using manual and computerized systems
• Post journal entries and reconcile bank and credit card accounts
• Process invoices and manage accounts payable and receivable
• Assist with payroll, statutory remittances, and financial reporting
• Maintain secure files and provide administrative accounting support

• College diploma in accounting, bookkeeping, or equivalent experience
• One to two years of similar accounting or bookkeeping experience
• Proficiency with Quick Books, Sage, equivalent software, and Microsoft Excel
• Strong accounting principles, accuracy, organization, and time management
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
