Accélérez les fermetures financières à Montréal avec Miller Thomson en préparant les dossiers mensuels, les rapprochements et les déclarations TPS/TVQ. Vos analyses comptent.
Ce poste de technicien ou technicienne comptable contribue aux processus de fin de mois et de fin d’année. Vous préparez les frais payés d’avance, les immobilisations corporelles et les dossiers destinés aux vérificateurs. Vous analysez les écarts, soutenez les audits et améliorez les fichiers de travail.
Principales responsabilités :- Préparer les dossiers de fin de mois
- Préparer les déclarations TPS/TVQ et dossiers annuels
- Noter les écarts entre états financiers et système
- Soutenir les audits intérimaires et annuels
- Améliorer les fichiers pour automatiser les processus
- DEC en comptabilité avec deux années d’expérience pertinente
- Ou baccalauréat en comptabilité, finance ou administration
- Maîtrise de Word et d’Excel
- Esprit d’amélioration continue
- Capacité à établir et gérer les priorités
