La comptabilité, la paie et les rapprochements structurent ce poste à temps partiel chez Shoppers Drug Mart, au 2740 Notre Dame Ouest, Montréal.
L’administrateur de magasin gère les fonctions financières liées aux ventes, aux stocks, à la paie et aux avantages sociaux. Il traite les comptes fournisseurs et clients, vérifie les écarts, prépare les rapports et soutient les exigences comptables du magasin. Le poste demande initiative, jugement et organisation.
Responsabilités clés:- Traiter les factures et paiements des fournisseurs
- Concilier les comptes clients et les ventes quotidiennes
- Enregistrer les dépôts en argent comptant et TEF
- Traiter la paie toutes les deux semaines
- Préparer les documents financiers de fin de période
- Au moins deux ans d’expérience en comptabilité
- Ou formation postsecondaire en comptabilité
- Maîtrise des feuilles de calcul MS
- Compétences en organisation et gestion du temps
- Capacité à travailler des quarts variables
