Indirect Tax Administrative Coordinator

Coordinate client acceptance, Caseware setup, tax research, and returns for BDO’s Indirect Tax team in Montreal, using strong organization skills.

BDO Canada seeks an Administrative Professional supporting its National Indirect Tax Group. This position combines client administration, Workday customer and project setup, engagement documentation, and indirect tax compliance. You will communicate with tax authorities and collaborate with staff members and partners.

• Coordinate client acceptance and conflict checking processes
• Complete Workday customer and project setup
• Set up Caseware and prepare engagement documentation
• Communicate with tax authorities regarding information requests
• Use general ledger data to prepare tax returns

• At least three years of previous related experience
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Caseware and Tax Prep experience considered an asset
• French and English bilingualism required
