YOUR ROLE:
Your main responsibilities will include:
Greeting visitors with courtesy and professionalism;
Coordinating the booking of various conference rooms and ensuring the required equipment are available;
Prepare conference rooms and arrange furniture according to meeting needs;
Plan and coordinate catering service requests;
Manage office supply inventory.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
Relevant experience in a similar role within a law firm or a professional services environment;
Strong customer service orientation with the ability to manage the needs of multiple clients simultaneously;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization, in both English and French;
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment;
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines with accuracy and exceptional attention to detail;
Must be flexible and a self-starter who can work both independently and as part of a team.
