Position:
Junior File Clerk – Full-Time, 2-month contract

Start Date:

December 8th

Hours:

Monday to Friday (flexibility required to work an 8-hour shift within this timeframe)
Hybrid: 5 days per week in office – Montreal, QC

Responsibilities

• Conducting an inventory of files

• Transferring paper files into boxes and attaching accurate labels

• Assembling shipping boxes and lifting/moving files and filled boxes (approx. 10–15 lbs)

• Ensuring accuracy and attention to detail throughout the process

• Maintaining strong organizational practices

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills in both French and English

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize tasks

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to handle physical tasks

• Strong and effective organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
