Job Description

What you’re responsible for:

  • Enter sales and purchase contracts.
  • Reconcile purchase orders with balance tickets.
  • Assist sales representatives in researching claims.
  • Set prices and approve balance tickets in RECY (computer system).
  • Record orders in RECY (computer system).
  • Monitor payments made to subcontractors.
  • Manage company pricing and enter prices.
  • Respond to customer inquiries.
  • Follow up with sales representatives on delays.
  • Qualifications

    To join our team:

  • You have a DEC in administrative/office technologies or equivalent education.
  • You are perfectly bilingual (French/English) and have excellent communication skills.
  • You have strong proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • You have experience in the manufacturing industry (an asset).
  • You are rigorous, autonomous, and resourceful.
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills and a strong customer service mindset.
  • You are organized and able to manage priorities with speed and efficiency.
