Order Desk Coordinator - Dorval

Are you a dynamic, detail-oriented, bilingual order desk coordinator looking to work in the West Island? Our client, a market leader in tool distribution is looking for someone to join their Dorval location.

We are looking for a detail-oriented meticulous individual with strong
organizational skills to join our a full-time, permanent basis.

Responsibilities
The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Customer assistance and service (incoming phone calls and emails)
Parts order processing
Administrating online Parts store
Following up with the ecommerce departments
Return Goods Authorization/Machine Repair Tracking
Service Center liaison and follow-up coordination
Shipping and logistics liaison
-Coordinate with the purchasing department, transportation, warehouse,orders
-Invoicing, quotes, inventory, creating contracts
-Prepare documents for shipping (label/pallet label,etc)
-You may be required to carry out other duties, as are within your capabilities and level of responsibility, in order to
meet the needs of the business.

Qualifications
-Bilingual English / French (spoken and written)
- Able to work in a fast pace environment
- Good communication skills
-Attention to detail
-Comfortable with computers
-Data entry experience
