Location: Montreal West
Support Desjardins in a Temporary Administrative Support role for 14 months, aiding management with clerical and coordination tasks. Your contributions will enhance communication and meeting efficiency.
You will assist the Signature Service manager with various administration tasks, including managing files, coordinating meetings, and organizing events. This position requires a detail-oriented approach, professionalism, and a trade school diploma coupled with three years of relevant experience to manage operational needs effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage executives' correspondence and agendas
• Coordinate documentation for management meetings
• Prepare accounts and minutes for discussions
• Organize events such as training and teleconferences
• Perform clerical tasks including updating documents
Requirements:
• Trade school diploma in a relevant area
• Minimum of three years of administrative experience
• Proficient in French with strong grammar skills
