Key Responsibilities:
• Operate the organization’s VOIP phone communication systems
• Ensure compliance with confidentiality policies and procedures
• Redirect crisis calls quickly to appropriate personnel
• Liaise with administrative staff to facilitate service delivery
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail logistics responsibly
Requirements:
• At least two years of related work experience
• Post-secondary education in administration preferred
• Strong understanding of the needs of homeless populations
• Proven customer service skills in a social service context
• Familiarity with relevant software applications
