As the Operations Coordinator in the Plumbing/Locates Department, you will ensure efficient operational support for various services. Your duties include coordinating service schedules, creating invoices, and managing communication with field technicians and clients. A keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask are essential in this dynamic position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule field technicians for service and repairs
• Create and review work orders for accuracy
• Handle billing processes across multiple platforms
• Order supplies and address customer inquiries
• Assist the Field Supervisor with task assignments
Requirements:
• 1-3 years experience in similar roles
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication skills for client interactions
• Proficient in Google Workspace and scheduling systems
• Bilingual in English and French is an asset
