Support Broccolini's construction objectives as a Project Administrative Support, excelling in organization and communication within a dynamic workplace.
In this position, you will assist with various administrative tasks critical to project success. Your responsibilities will include coordinating meetings, managing documentation, and facilitating communications between teams and subcontractors. A solid background in administration and familiarity with the construction industry will benefit you greatly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate administrative functions and meeting notes
• Manage change orders and request bids from project teams
• Organize health and safety compliance documents
• Enter financial data for invoicing needs
• Liaise with subcontractors regarding billing matters
Requirements:
• Administration diploma or equivalent qualifications
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Proficient in accounting and reporting practices
• Bilingual in French and English is a must
• Strong proficiency in MS Office programs
