In the Team Lead Rental Coordinator position, you will engage directly with customers to support their rental requirements for products from renowned brands like Jungheinrich and Kalmar. The role includes managing contracts, coordinating transport, and resolving invoice disputes while ensuring accuracy in the DBS/SAP system. A commitment to safety and continuous growth is paramount in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support customers in their rental processes
• Complete and manage all rental agreements
• Promote our product-line to maximize client satisfaction
• Coordinate shipping and transport arrangements
• Process and enter contracts into DBS/SAP system
Requirements:
• Background in rental coordination or customer service
• Proficiency in DBS/SAP systems is highly valued
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Familiarity with MS Office tools (Word, Excel)
