Location: Montreal
Join RCL - Reitmans Canada Limited as a Receptionist in Montreal. This role combines customer service and administrative support in a dynamic, hybrid work setting.
At our headquarters, you will be the welcoming presence for visitors and callers while ensuring smooth operations at the reception. This position calls for a professional demeanor, bilingual skills, and expertise in Microsoft O365. Your responsibilities will include answering calls, managing visitor check-ins, and providing necessary support to the HR department.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming calls and forward them as needed
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk interactions
• Ensure security through access card management
• Receive and distribute packages and mail
• Support the Communications team with clerical tasks
Requirements:
• High school diploma essential
• Minimum six months in a receptionist or admin support role
• Bilingual (French and English)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications
