In this key administrative role, you’ll work collaboratively with Financial Advisors and a regional team. Your responsibilities will include handling transaction requests, maintaining client databases, and booking client meeting files. You'll also respond to urgent requests and contribute to compliance tasks to ensure service standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and process client documentation efficiently
• Maintain client contact database accuracy
• Book and manage files for client meetings
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and requests
• Support compliance-related tasks and reporting
Requirements:
• College diploma in business or commerce
• Understanding of financial services and tax issues
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
