Reporting to the Pricing Administration Manager, this Bilingual Adjusting Clerk position involves handling customer invoices and making necessary adjustments. You will collaborate with different departments to ensure accuracy while leveraging your bilingual communication skills to maintain efficiency and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Adjust and audit invoices for freight movements across Canada
• Validate adjustment requests with required documentation
• Liaise with various internal departments for accuracy
• Upload rate files into the company system
• Meet deadlines through effective teamwork
Requirements:
• Minimum one year of relevant clerical experience
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
• Bilingual (English and French) is a must
• Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
• Proven ability to thrive under pressure
