Location: Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue

Reporting to the Director of Marketing North America, the Marketing Administrator is responsible for supporting the day-to-day administrative functions within the marketing team. The Marketing Administrator, with their exceptional attention to detail and collaborative nature, will support the various roles within the marketing team by coordinating, facilitating, and executing various processes within the department.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing department
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and other documents
  • Reconcile the department credit card
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings
  • Maintain marketing databases, asset libraries, and file systems
  • Support process improvements and documentation to enhance efficiency and organization
  • Support marketing operations by coordinating across internal teams and external stakeholders to collect and organize information, manage logistics, and ensure timely execution of marketing activities and materials
  • Coordinate document and content updates, collaborating with Communications, Graphics, and other departments as required
  • Conduct content and document verifications
  • Cross-reference with product information to ensure accuracy
  • Review translated content
  • Validate content, layout, and overall consistency
  • Facilitate orientation meetings and on-boarding activities for new hires
  • Other projects and initiatives as directed by management
  • DEC in Business Administration or other equivalent degree
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a related position
  • Bilingual, both oral and written
  • Demonstrates strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Highly organized and process-oriented
  • Exceptional interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work both autonomously and within a team
  • Self-starting attitude and willingness to drive initiatives in accordance with department processes
  • Exceptional command of Microsoft Office 365 and other productivity tools, with a
  • Strong ability to learn and integrate new systems and software.
