Location: Montreal

Our client, a company specializing in financial services and wealth planning, located in East Montreal in Anjou is looking for a temporary Receptionist for an indefinite period.

The position is on-site, 5 days a week. The tasks include:

Greeting clients
Managing calls and mail
Coordinating meeting rooms
Maintaining common areas
Managing coffee and supplies (printers, paper, etc.)

Responsibilities
Greeting clients

Handling phone calls

Maintaining common areas

Managing coffee service

Managing supplies (printers, paper, etc.)

Qualifications
Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written)

Excellent communication skills

Strong organizational and time management abilities

Proficient with office software (Outlook, Word, etc.)

Professional attitude and customer service oriented
