Become a vital part of our team as an Americas Sales Coordination Specialist. Focus on optimizing client administration and logistics for customer satisfaction.
In this role, directly reporting to the Sales Administration Manager, you will play a critical part in managing customer orders and ensuring efficient operations. Collaborate closely with Account Managers while preparing shipping documentation and maintaining customer records.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure timely follow-up on customer orders for deliveries
• Enter and coordinate shipments across international regions
• Prepare necessary shipping documents like invoices and packing lists
• Proactively communicate with clients regarding order status
• Maintain accurate customer records and logistics specifications
Requirements:
• Vocational or college diploma in relevant fields
• Minimum three years in an administrative or coordination role
• Excellent written and spoken French and advanced English skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Cognos preferred
• Strong organizational skills with a focus on customer service
