• Plan and organize daily operations

• Type and proofread correspondence and documents

• Compile and analyze data and statistics

• Maintain filing systems, both manual and computerized

• Manage vendor relations and order supplies
Requirements:

• 1 to 2 years of administrative experience

• Expertise in MS Office and desktop publishing

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to meet tight deadlines

• Criminal record check will be conducted
