Your role will focus on customer service and critical administrative tasks.
You will work primarily at Auriga Drive, occasionally covering our Richmond Road location. Your responsibilities will include greeting guests, handling communications, and performing various administrative duties. Proficiency in both English and French is essential for this role to facilitate smooth interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist visitors at the front desk
• Manage and relay incoming calls and messages
• Schedule appointments and manage meeting setups
• Maintain a tidy and professional reception area
• Oversee mail and visitor log for security
Requirements:
• Bilingual in English and French (spoken and written)
• Must acquire Government of Canada security clearance
• College degree in administration or equivalent
• At least 1 year of relevant experience
• Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office 365
