The role requires well-rounded administrative experience of 5+ years and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. You will coordinate various office activities, support documentation processes, and assist with invoicing while ensuring professional communication in both English and French.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily administrative functions and scheduling
• Welcome and assist visitors at the reception area
• Prepare and send out correspondence while adhering to procedures
• Maintain filing systems and assist in document preparation

Requirements:
• 5+ years of administrative experience required
