In this full-time position, you will provide crucial administrative support to the Vice President of Community and Tenant Support. With over four years of experience in administrative roles, you will streamline processes, manage departmental activities, and maintain communication across various stakeholders. This role directly contributes to enhancing tenant experiences and furthering OCH’s strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the Vice President and department
• Collaborate with other coordinators for seamless information exchange
• Maintain records in line with OCH policies and practices
• Assist with financial management including invoicing
• Prepare and support documentation for Board meetings
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Office or Public Administration
• Minimum four years in office coordination or administration
• Knowledge of records management and AI tools
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English, French preferred
