N-able Workplace Operations Coordinator

In this role, you'll coordinate various functions at N-able, including snack distribution, office supply management, and security access administration. We are looking for a proactive individual who excels in communication and organization. You'll work closely with team leadership to maintain a tidy and efficiently managed office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assure daily snack stocks and kitchen supplies are managed
• Handle security systems and maintain related documentation
• Conduct daily inspections for maintenance issues and supplies
• Respond to Facilities Helpdesk requests efficiently
• Support meeting set-ups and office furniture logistics
Requirements:
• Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook and Excel
• 1-2 years in a corporate office environment is essential
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• High school diploma or higher education required
• Background in reception or property management beneficial
