Logistics Agent

One of our clients, a company that offers an integrated management system for recyclable products, is looking for a Logistics Agent to join its team.

Permanent position

Group insurance and other employee benefits

Monday through Friday schedule (40 hours/week: 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.)

On-site position at the Blainville office

Salary 45k-50k
Your responsibilities will include the following:
- Entering customer orders into the computer system;
- Providing administrative, accounting, and customer service support;
- Coordinating and communicating daily with various departments to track orders;
- Answering calls from customers and partners;
- Processing customer invoices;
- Drafting and sending necessary correspondence;
-Assist managers with the supplier invoice approval process;
-Provide administrative support to the sales and operations teams;

-DEP, AEC, or DEC in administration or a related field;

-Experience in a similar role;

-Proficiency with Office 365 (advanced Excel);

-Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks;

-Attention to detail, thoroughness, and professionalism;

-Adaptability;

-Ability to work well in a team in a growing environment
