financial security and live healthier lives. You will fulfill a broad spectrum of support functions aimed at enhancing the operational effectiveness of the Prospr by Sun Life team.
What will you do?
Reporting to the Team Lead, Service to Sales, you will:
Manage the team inboxes to triage client requests and work items to Prospr’s Insurance & Wealth Associate (IWA) and Advisor teams.
Support campaign administration; assigning leads to Advisors and maintaining ongoing reporting.
Run various Salesforce reports and campaigns to ensure action on open opportunities and reporting accuracy
Manage the retrieval and sorting of boxes containing client files for destruction, legal hold, and imaging.
Organize documents in a systematic and logical manner to ensure easy retrieval, and adherence to the Sun Life records retention rules.
Maintain a high attention to detail to ensure that all documents are properly segmented and prepared for offsite storage.
What do you need to succeed?
Attention to detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure critical information is not missed when sorting client files, administering tasks, and identifying key documents
Organization: The candidate should have excellent organizational skills to maintain a systematic and logical filing system.
Technical skills: The candidate should have experience using scanning equipment and be proficient in uploading data into Salesforce or similar software. They should be able to use basic computer programs such as Windows operating systems, and Microsoft Office suite.
Communication skills: The candidate should have effective communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors to provide updates on the status of their work and to collaborate on achieving objectives.
High school diploma with 3-6 years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience – Degree or college diploma preferred
Bilingualism (French, English, both oral and written) is required for the frequent interactions with English and French-speaking colleagues or internal partners across Canada and worldwide.
Experience that would be nice to have
Previous experience in financial services, an office environment, and/or client service roles
Strong client relationship skills and a client centric mindset
Knowledge of Salesforce
