This role is essential for ensuring proper staffing of programs within the Royal Ottawa Mental Health Centre. As a part-time Scheduling Clerk, you will collaborate with Program Managers and use a computerized scheduling system to maintain accurate data. Key skills required include attention to detail, communication, and organizational ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with Program Managers for optimal staffing
• Maintain data in the UKG staffing system
• Generate schedules and reports using electronic tools
• Process staffing requests and maintain accuracy
• Track vacancies and follow up biweekly with managers
Requirements:
• OSSD or equivalent education
• Six months of scheduling system experience
• Proficient in MS Office and data entry
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Knowledge of collective agreements and employment standards
