In this position at Gowling WLG, you will utilize your administrative and billing expertise to support two to three professionals effectively. Your strong attention to detail will be essential as you ensure client billing requirements are met and manage pre-bills and invoicing procedures. Team collaboration is key as you liaise between the legal and finance teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Understand clients’ billing requirements thoroughly
• Liaise between the legal and finance teams as needed
• Process and review pre-bills and invoices accurately
• Maintain current client contact information in systems
• Follow up with clients on billing queries as necessary
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years in an administrative role or billing experience
• Strong attention to detail with a high-quality output
• Ability to manage confidential information discretionarily
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Bilingualism may be required in some offices
