Based in the Faculty of Health Sciences, you will perform diverse tasks to support the departmental chair and ensure efficient office operations.
Your role includes managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and aiding in the recruitment of teaching staff, all while delivering exceptional service to clients. Utilize your organizational and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries
• Schedule and manage all the chair’s meetings
• Draft and revise administrative documents and reports
• Oversee the hiring process for academic staff
• Coordinate academic schedule and textbook logistics
Requirements:
• Relevant postsecondary education in administration
• At least two years of related experience
• Expertise in bilingual administrative writing
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
