This role offers a four-day work week and requires in-office presence at headquarters.
In this temporary position, you will report to the Director, Human Rights, while utilizing your administrative skills. Key responsibilities include organizing meetings, maintaining files, making travel arrangements, and producing various documents. You will also have a chance to edit and proofread materials while contributing to departmental efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Arrange and manage meetings and committee materials
• Organize files according to records management standards
• Handle travel arrangements, including visas and accommodations
• Produce correspondence, reports, and bulletins
• Format and proofread documents for clarity
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Administration
• 2-3 years of relevant experience preferred
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and databases
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
