Reporting to the Director of Customer Relations, the Administrative Agent – Customer Relations will act as a point of contact for managing and following up on various specialized requests assigned to the department. He or she ensures high-quality service and thorough follow-up while collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Handle customer requests related to:
- certification reports
-Security and compliance of applications and infrastructures (ISO certification, business continuity, penetration testing, etc.)
-Personal information (Data Protection Agreements (DPA), data retention (Bill 25), etc.)
-Process information requests from business partners, government agencies, law enforcement, or other external stakeholders in accordance with established procedures
-When necessary, filter and redirect misrouted requests to the appropriate departments to ensure efficient handling of customer inquiries
-Provide occasional support (during peak periods) to the intake verification team (reviewing and validating service enrollment requests, which may include research and identity verification)
-Provide support, as needed, for the handling of delivery-related events

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

-College diploma (AEC) in office administration or a related field, or equivalent diploma
-Minimum of 2 years of experience in office work and administrative management to effectively support daily operations
-Excellent communication and customer service skills
-Strong attention to detail, discretion, and organizational skills
-Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously and collaborate with various internal stakeholders (excellent time and priority management)
-Strong sense of rigor, attention to detail, and accountability
-Bilingualism (French and English)
