Responsibilities

• Scan, stamp, and distribute mail for all office members.

• Manage supplies (place orders and restock supplies) for paper, coffee makers, tissues, etc.

• Photocopy, scan, bind, fax, and forward various documents to support professionals and legal assistants.

• Provide temporary reception coverage during breaks or occasional absences.

• As needed, gather information for courier shipments, communicate with various service providers, prepare shipments, etc.

• Support the team in managing various material needs upon the arrival or departure of new staff.

• Perform any other related administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience related to the position, ideally in a professional services firm

• Computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Meticulous and detail-oriented

• Strong commitment to customer service

• Ability to work under pressure

• Versatility and flexibility

• Self-motivated and resourceful

Based on an assessment conducted by our client, it has been determined that this position requires candidates to be fluent in English (oral and written). In particular, this position will require the employee to:
-communicate with English-speaking clients/partners/employees located outside Quebec on a daily basis
-work on client projects, products or deliverables that are required to be delivered to clients in English
