We are looking for a qualified Legal Administrative Assistant for our Litigation group in Montréal. In this role, you will draft and manage correspondence, oversee document filing, and coordinate scheduling for trials and mediations. This position also requires maintaining both electronic and physical files and ensuring compliance with procedural deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Draft and manage court documentation and correspondence
• Oversee filing and serving of court documents
• Maintain litigation file organization systematically
• Schedule mediations and trial dates
• Monitor deadlines and manage reminders
Requirements:
• Five years of experience in litigation assistance
• Bilingual proficiency required
• Familiarity with Quebec court proceedings
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
• Excellent organizational and client service abilities
