As part of the team, you will manage purchase orders, update them with carrier delivery details, and actively communicate with suppliers for confirmations. Key Responsibilities:
• Update and maintain purchase order details and timelines
• Follow up with suppliers for order confirmations
• Request and track revised estimated arrival dates
• Identify order discrepancies for internal teams
• Update internal systems with vendor and pricing information
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years in a purchasing support role
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
