As a Sales Assistant, you will be instrumental in organizing the reception area and ensuring excellent visitor interactions. Your responsibilities include managing CRM entries, preparing sales documents, and providing administrative support to the sales team while maintaining client files. Collaboration with the Sales Manager for event coordination is also part of your role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize sales center reception for optimal visitor experience
• Greet and check in guests as they arrive
• Efficiently manage phone calls and internal communications
• Ensure compliance in the Lasso CRM database
• Assist with document preparation for sales agreements
Requirements:
• Friendly, professional demeanor with attention to detail
• Experience with real estate software, particularly Lasso
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Must wear professional business attire at all times
