In this role, you’ll collaborate with the Mortgage Advisor to facilitate the home ownership journey for clients r contributions will play a significant role in administrative tasks, client inquiries, and business development initiatives, all while working in an optimal setting that suits your needs. Flexibility is at the core of this assistant role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate mortgage applications and client inquiries
• Offer administrative support to the Mortgage Advisor
• Help implement marketing strategies for client engagement
• Proactively identify potential clients for the advisor
• Utilize Microsoft Office to enhance productivity
Requirements:
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with residential mortgages is beneficial
• English fluency with Cantonese/Mandarin proficiency
• Excellent critical thinking and engagement abilities
