Become an essential part of TD Bank Group as an Executive Assistant in Montréal. Provide critical support in administration while enhancing team dynamics and executive operations.
This role involves administering support to several executives, focusing on calendar management, travel coordination, and daily operational tasks. You will play a vital role in onboarding, planning meetings, and managing expenses, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy in all communications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain executives' calendars and navigate scheduling conflicts
• Organize and manage complex travel arrangements
• Process team expense reports efficiently
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes
• Plan, coordinate, and troubleshoot meetings and events
Requirements:
• High school diploma and 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Flexibility to work independently and within teams
• Proven track record with travel coordination
• Strong organizational and communication skills
