Responsibilities   Assist the supply chain team with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.
Support data entry, document management, and record-keeping for supplier contracts and agreements.
Help coordinate communications with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Participate in preparing reports, presentations, and business case summaries for management review.
Assist in tracking and updating program changes and supplier information in relevant systems.
Help gather and organize information for sourcing strategies and supplier evaluations.
Collaborate with team members to ensure contract documentation is accurate and up to date.
Learn and apply company procurement policies and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned to support the supply chain and procurement functions.
Qualifications   Currently enrolled in a post-secondary educational institution in Business, Supply Chain, Aerospace, Engineering, or a related field.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
Solid organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic workplace.
Demonstrated professional attitude, commitment to objectives, and strong teamwork skills.
Proficient in standard computer software applications, including Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).

Internship opportunities are open to students only, not new graduates.
Interns may be required to occasionally travel outside of Canada for training/work purpose.
