Our client is eager to find an organized and proactive Executive Assistant to report directly to senior leadership. With over five years of experience required, you'll manage complex calendar schedules, prepare meeting materials, and arrange travel logistics. Your expertise will also extend to drafting correspondence and tracking agenda items to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and optimize executive calendar scheduling
• Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on actions
• Arrange comprehensive travel logistics for executives
• Prepare agendas, reports, and presentation materials
• Coordinate meeting logistics, including room reservations
Requirements:
• 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience
• Must have Reliability clearance; eligible for Secret clearance
• Bilingual in English and French preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficient in MS Office suite
