Location: Dorval
Join a reputable company in Dorval as a Receptionist with Randstad Canada. You'll manage client interactions, schedule meetings, and maintain office organization for up to six months.
This temporary receptionist role offers a Monday-Friday schedule from 8 AM to 4 PM at an hourly rate of $20-25, depending on experience. Your bilingual communication skills (English and French) and administrative expertise will be essential as you greet clients and handle various office tasks. It’s a great opportunity to contribute to a dynamic work environment while honing your reception skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Meet and greet clients professionally
• Book and coordinate meetings and couriers
• Maintain a tidy reception area
• Handle phone calls, screening, and forwarding
• Sort and distribute incoming mail
Requirements:
• Bilingual in English and French, written and spoken
• Previous experience in an administrative role
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
• Customer service experience preferred
• Skills in translation, filing, and email correspondence
